Carl and Paula are the co-owners of Joy Set Entertainment.  They gradually grew a part-time hobby into a full-time business.  It is not always easy learning to juggle balls and clubs while juggling married and family life.
Paula has an extensive background in early childhood education.  She helps run all aspects of the business, including being the featured face painter.  Carl does public speaking and is the featured balloon twister.  Their family members have all helped in the business from time to time as well.
