Introducing Diet FLOAT! Diet FLOAT is a mini balloon decorating convention. It will be held November 15 and 16, 2011 in sunny Miami, Florida. The cost is small, but the schedule is packed full of exciting classes with super talented teachers. There will be a competition and a real life beach party! Yes! During the course of this class, Steven will show the basic foundation of Link-O-Loon design as well as several examples of how you don’t have to be named Guido to build large scale pieces!
